Lundbeck US Charitable Fund Donates $750K to Erie Family Health Foundation
The funds donated to the Erie Family Health Foundation will provide important wrap-around support in medically underserved communities.
DEERFIELD, Ill., April 8, 2025 – The Lundbeck US Charitable Fund announced today that it is donating $750,000 over a three-year period to Erie Family Health Foundation.
The funds will provide resources for wrap-around support, including Erie’s Fast Access Program, which helps patients transition after discharge from hospital care, and Erie’s Substance Use Treatment Program, which increases patients’ access to a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
“We’re very thankful to receive this support from the Lundbeck US Charitable Fund,” said Lee Francis, Erie’s President and CEO.” This will allow us to address the unique social drivers of health (SDOH) needs impacting patients’ access to behavioral health care and expand our current community support offerings.”
By providing support through a new Fast Access Program and expanded Substance Use Treatment Program, Erie Family Health Foundation will link patients to resources in the community that meet needs around food access, housing, and transportation—each of which directly impact an individual’s mental health and retention in care.
